Each apartment and house has:

• Smart home system with central display of basic operating controls of the systems it has (eg lighting, shutters, heating, security, etc.).

• Underfloor heating system (system with individual gas condensing boiler).
• Pre-installation of central air conditioning system (MiniVRF) in every home.
• Solar system for free hot water.
• Corrosion free water / sewer / heating pipes made of polymeric materials.

Inside each apartment / house

• Elegant switches with illuminated (OLED) symbols control all functions.
• The shutters open either by you or automatically at sunrise and go down at dusk or when you go to bed or when you arm the alarm.
• You always know the outside temperature which can also affect the configuration of the inside, which you choose anyway either through digital thermostats or from a distance, hours before you get home.
• With the same thermostats you control your heating.
• The lighting is adjusted centrally and locally with the possibility of dimming in the living room and the possibility of using macros (scenes), which you, at will and as often as you wish, change.
• Leaving the house, central commands (all off, all down, etc.) are given with one press of a button or with the arming of the alarm.
